SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - EMIRATES VENICE

Job Purpose


  • To achieve agreed sales revenue target by maintaining and developing business/relationships with major corporate travel agents, other selected independent business travel agents and their respective clients in the assigned territory
  • To develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives/plans with new and assigned accounts to increase Emirates revenue share
  • To negotiate agreements with corporate clients and review/assess performance on a quarterly basis
  • To account manage all activity with  major travel agents, and ensure the effective dissemination and communication of Emirates developments to assigned clients
  • To closely monitor area sales performance and recommend action where necessary in order to maximise revenue
  • To actively visit both agency and corporate clients assigned on the required call frequency basis and update Sales Force accordingly

Qualifications & Experience


  • Educated to degree standard preferred and/or to high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced in all aspects of the airline sales environment
  • Knowledge of reservations, fares/ticketing, Emirates’ products and services
  • Thorough knowledge of EK products and services
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Valid full driving licence
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English.
