Executive Secretary - Emirates Nairobi

Job Purpose

To act as the focal point in Kenya Commercial Operations in order to control and manage the administration of the Country Manager’s office.
In addition, provide confidential secretarial/administrative services, as and when required by the Country Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A good standard of general education. Recognized secretarial qualification or diploma is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ Secretarial/Administrative experience within an Airline or Travel Agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Pleasant and Outgoing personality with a flair for prioritising a varied workload 
  • Must have a high degree of fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in Kenya as the company will not provide or assist with obtaining a work permit.
